TrackBasic.com is a service powered by Voyage Manage Ltd., and Voyage Manager Ltd. is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. Voyage Manager may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. TrackBasic.com collects and uses Users personal information to provide the travel tracking and travel management services you or your employer has commissioned us to supply. However, information can also be used for the following purposes:

    We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site. 

  • To improve our Site 
    We continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you. 

  • To improve customer service 
    Your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs. 

  • To administer a content, promotion, survey or other Site feature 
    To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them. 

  • To send periodic emails 
    The email address Users provide will only be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.     If a User or his employer has commissioned our services, he will receive mails as per the service guarantee. These can be turned off at the request of the user or if selected within the system. 

  • To send periodic SMS 
    If a User or his employer has commissioned our services, he will receive SMS as per the agreement. These can be turned off at the request of the User/Employer. 

How we protect your information 

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site. 

Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its Users happens over an SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected. 

Sharing your personal information
